Weather Information:
Wyre Weather - live weather station feeds from around the local coast line
Met Office - If you can read the Surface Pressure charts then this is the most accurate way to predict the wind
WindGuru - An old Favourite, ya gotta love it, gets very tripped up when there's lots of Low's & Highs around though!
XCWeather - Another site that can be accurate, takes a live reading at Blackpool, from the Airport,gets a bit of turbulence though.

Easy Tide - Good ol' Admiralty, makes you proud of our sea-fairing nation!
