BKSA Exmouth Course Race

Just returned from Exmouth, the UK ‘s 1st course racing event. Home of Stephanie Bridge Ladies Course Racing World Champion! Steph easily won the ladies, Denzil (4th place world’s) won the mens. I managed 1st senior.
A great event with challenging wind conditions dropping light during some of the 6 races that took place over the weekend. A good turn out of 26 competitors, 12 of which were seniors, despite the not so good forecast. Hannah and I veered off course on the way home to Rhosneigr for an awesome freestyle session that was turning into a classic until about 9 o’clock that evening. I landed one too many hard fast landings when my ligament in my right ankle (that I thought had just fixed) went again - ouch!!!
