Unfortunatley the winds have been light so we've not had the chance to get out on the water with it BUT i can report that the build quality is superb, finish is excellent. Flight characteristics are generally good, the kite has a pivot point around the end wing segment so not quite C shape turn rate in a kite loop but not far off. The feel is fairly on / off though which not all riders will be comfortable with but the wind was uber light so not great conditions to test it in. Set up, out of the bag was easy (we gave the kite to Ray who's not been flying LEI's that long and he had no problems but did comment that the kite lacked a leash point for the pump and also that the cable ties around the bridel could be an issue if you'd just bought the kite, headed out to the beach and didn't have a knife etc... to cut them off, (on the flip side least they weren't tangled!) The addition of the 3 trailing edge tags should make the kite infinatley more tunable for different conditions and feel and probably will eliminate the on / off feel but time hasn't provided an opportunity to test this out yet. So a thumbs up for quality, ease of use, ease of flying and construction. As a beginer - Intermediate piolt this is perfect and a good solid construction means it should take the abuse, Kite loop hero's may want something a little more punchy though adn if C shapes are your thing the Fuel is perhaps the kite for you!
