Phil was the most astounding person to watch learn to kite buggy.  Whithin a very short period of time (i think it was about 2 weeks) Phil was flat spinning 180's & 360's and riding round on 2 wheels.  Phil is also a BPKA Kite Buggy & Powerkite Instructor who is allways ready to assist newcomers to the sport.  Although his fiancee would rather he spent more time at home than on the beach Phil remains dedicated and enthusiastic for the sport.

This year Phil is determined to nail kitesurfing too!
