Phil has been surfing the coast line of the North West for years, he was one of the original windsurf crew and got into kitesurf early, recognising the positive low wind merits of the sport.  He's currently into the whold wave riding thing and is touring the BKSA's new Waverider series this year.  Phil has been the man on the Lancashire coastline, he's a committee member for the Blackpool LIght Craft Club and SouthShoreBoardRiders, he's been a massive help resolving kitesurf access issues and he's allways helped those who've asked!  Phil instructed kitesurfing for many years and has a massive amount of local knowledge.

His latest foray's include Stand Up Paddle Surfing and discovering some of the more elusive surf on the NW coastline.  Phil will be at the BKSA Waverider Events during 2008!
